Mohd Shavez Ahmad brings over seven years of rich experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, having served with renowned organizations such as The Lalit, Taj Group, Thomas Cook, and MakeMyTrip across multiple locations in India. His expertise spans Culinary Arts, Sales & Marketing, Management, Rooms Division, and Revenue Management, complemented by valuable international exposure through extensive travel that has shaped his global perspective on hospitality trends and practices.

An alumnus of IHM Lucknow, where he earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Hospitality & Hotel Administration, he is passionate about educating and mentoring the next generation of hospitality professionals. Currently associated with the Food Production — Bakery & Confectionery Department, he remains dedicated to fostering academic excellence, industry collaboration, and innovation in hospitality education.
